RAGJ Strategic Plan 2021–2025

The RAGJ Strategic Plan 2021–2025 sets out our roadmap for innovating and building resilience in conflict-affected communities in Cameroon, with a strong focus on gender justice, peace, and human rights. It translates our mission and values into clear priorities that guide our programs, partnerships, and advocacy over this five-year period.​

The plan is structured around our overarching goal of strengthening resilience in conflict through an integrative emergency management strategy, supported by strategic orientations on justice, participatory governance, and inclusive economies. It outlines the key outcomes we aim to achieve with communities, institutions, and allies, and how we will measure progress and remain accountable to those we serve.​
